At !Khwa ttu, one of our greatest joys is seeing our intern graduates return to continue their journeys with us. So we are delighted to welcome two familiar faces back to the team: Dendolene Kassie and Yolandi Kooper.

Dendolene first joined the !Khwa ttu Internship Programme in 2022 and returns as our receptionist, where she is already welcoming every guest with open arms. Her friendly nature ensures that every visitor’s experience begins on the right note.

Yolandi completed the internship programme in 2024 and has returned as one of our passionate San guides. She leads every tour with enthusiasm, sharing the rich history, traditions, and living culture of the San people with pride. Her passion for storytelling creates meaningful experiences for visitors from around the world.

The return of Dendolene and Yolandi is a wonderful reflection of what the !Khwa ttu Internship Programme strives to achieve: empowering young San people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to build meaningful careers while celebrating and preserving their cultural heritage.
