Our 6 Hilltop Huisies artfully blend West Coast farmstead charm with modern luxury. A stone walled courtyard encloses a deceptively spacious open plan design. A king-size bed with spectacular ocean views, a generous shower and private balcony conspire to make you want to stay another night. Drink in the panoramic views of rolling hills and the Atlantic Ocean, or spend gentle time de-coding the unique San art.

Nestled on the hillside near the museum, is an original farm cottage. We have turned it into two stylish, open plan units warmed in winter by wood burners, with front-row seats to sweeping surrounds and Atlantic sea views. Each half sleeps two and are individually decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable ‘home away from home’ stay.
- Open plan lounge / kitchen and en suite bathroom (with shower).
- Mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2 ring gas top, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
- King-size bed.

Guest House 1 has a beautiful private sunset deck, which can (with notice) be made up as twin beds or to sleep an additional visitor on the sleeper couch.
There is a shared braai and long stoep, so come with your favourite friends!
Bush House
Sleeps 4
On the sea side of the Nature Reserve, at the end of a dirt road, tucked away beneath trees and immersed in fynbos veld, lies the Bush House. This well-equipped cottage is perfect for a total escape, with an indoor wood burner, covered veranda, and outside braai.
Best of all the indoor-outdoor bathrooms allow you to shower in the bush or gaze up at the stars from a warm bath.
- The Bush House sleeps up to 4 people in 2 en-suite bedrooms with a sharing central open-plan lounge and kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2 ring gas top, crockery and cutlery.
- Additional mattresses can be provided for children under 12.
- The green energy in the Bush House provides 220V but please leave heavy power consumers e.g. electric heaters, hair dryers or electrical kettles, at home.
