Our aim is to produce tasty and wholesome, freshly prepared food using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Menus vary according to season and always include a selection of meat dishes using our own free range game, reared here on our farmland.
The rustic restaurant, overlooking Fynbos and the distant ocean can comfortably cater for sixty guests indoors whist outside on the stoep we can seat an additional thirty persons. From here we serve traditional breakfasts and lunch, seven days per week.
Specials boards are available most days and Sunday lunches often include a traditional dish, advertised in advance.
The restaurant is fully licensed and we have a wide selection of good locally produced wines, many of which are available for tasting.

Light meals served from 11h30, daily, last orders 15h30.
Our focus is 'Local is Lekker'. Whether it is our own totally free range game meat from the farm, or locally sourced produce. We buy local where ever possible and actively search out fair-trade suppliers.
Our al la carte menu changes seasonally, through lighter platters and salads in the summer months, moving onto hearty soups and slow cooked main dishes in the winter.
